XL records approached us to bring this touching story narrated by Conan O'Brien to life. Conan recalls his memories from his last Late Night Show at NBC which aired February 20, 2009, where he invited The White Stripes to perform their song "We're Going to be Friends".

We approached the animation in the same style as Conan's narration: with honesty, humour and playfulness. Using the White Stripes' trademark colours and a style that was full of character meant we had tons of fun animating!
